Doctor en Ciencias Sociales (CPDA\/UFRRJ, 2011) con doctorado-s\u00e1ndwich por el CIRAD-Montpellier (UMR Innovation) \/ Universidade de Lyon II.<!--more--><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><em>En el marco del seminario se abordar\u00e1n los siguientes <strong>temas<\/strong>:<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><em>Los mercados en una perspectiva sociol\u00f3gica. Econom\u00eda pol\u00edtica de la soja: expansi\u00f3n corporaciones y din\u00e1micas. Estado, agricultura familiar y mercados. Movimientos sociales, pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas y mercados. Calidad, dispositivos sociot\u00e9cnicos y control por reglas y est\u00e1ndares. Mercados agroecol\u00f3gicos y certificaci\u00f3n participativa. Emprendedores institucionales y construcci\u00f3n de mercados.
