brindar formaci\u00f3n, conocimientos cr\u00edticos y competencias pr\u00e1cticas, a trav\u00e9s de un conjunto de herramientas dirigidas a las trabajadoras y trabajadores sindicalizados y no sindicalizados, con el fin de contribuir con conocimientos sobre el mundo del trabajo, promoviendo su sindicalizaci\u00f3n y la construcci\u00f3n colectiva de derechos desde una perspectiva
